Return & Exchange Policy

We offer our customers a very accommodative and customer friendly exchange and return policy. Nonetheless, there are some certain conditions that must be complied before placing your formal return or exchange request. Here below, all of those conditions will be discussed in detail.

  • We entertain all the exchange and return requests ONLY within 7 working days of the delivery of product.
  • The product under consideration for return or exchange must not be used, washed, or ironed.
  • Undergarments Cannot exchange or return Any Case once Delivered
  • While making a refund or exchange request, make sure that all the tags are pretty intact, untorn and not ripped off. Sharing the original receipt is also essential to proceed with the return or exchange.
  • The customer must file a formal refund or exchange request through our specified WhatsApp numbers.
  • While pursuing a refund or exchange request, the customer will send back the objected article through courier. The courier cost will be paid by the customer.
  • On receiving the article back, it will be examined in detail whether it is damaged in any way, or not. The return or exchange process will only proceed any further if the article is perfectly in shape and condition as it was delivered to the customer.
  • If the article is found to be damaged in any manner, no further return or exchange process will be carried forward and the customer will have to pay the courier to receive the article back.
  • Kiddie will never take the responsibility of any damage caused while in transit.

Exchange

Under the exchange provision, the customer can change the size of the product (if available), or, can swap the product with some other in stock amounting exactly the same. If there is any price difference, that will be paid by the customer.

Return

Under this provision, the customer can return the product and can claim a straight refund. All the refunds will be made only through Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or bank account. In this situation, the customer will have to furnish the bank details.
