I received a kids’ denim dungaree that honestly looks used and worn out, like it has been worn many times before. This is completely unacceptable for a new item. When I contacted them about the issue, they asked me to pay the return charges myself, even though the fault is clearly on their end. Very poor quality control and customer service. I would not recommend buying from here.
