How can I place order on your website?

Placing order on our website is pretty straight and simple.You can place an order of your desired article in four simple steps.

1. First, get registered with us for free!

2. Now log in to your web account

3. Browse through products and accessories range and add your desired article/s to the shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.

4. Finally proceed to check out by clicking the “Check Out” button. Prior to checking out, have a good look on the selected items and the amount to be paid.

All the client information provided to us is stored in anencrypted manner and kept confidential.

How the ordered articles are delivered to the customer?

All the orders are delivered through our logistic partnersthat are TCS, Leopards and Trax depending on the customer’s location, whicheversuits. Any order amounting 1500 or more will be delivered free of cost.

How long will it take for the delivery?

It doesn’t take more than 2-3 working days after the orderconfirmation.

How and when can I pay for the order?

Customer can pay “cash on delivery”. Otherwise, thosewilling to pay in advance can pay through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa and Banktransfer.

How do I know about the status of my shipment?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided witha tracking ID through which you can locate your order in real time.

Can I exchange the article?

Yes, you can! You can exchange the article within 7 workingdays of delivery of the article. You will be required to send us back thearticle along with the original invoice for confirmation purposes. For furtherinformation, read our Return & Exchange Policy.

Can I return the article and get my money back?

Yes, you can return the article and ask for the full refundwithout any questions asked. All you need to do is send us the article back inexact same condition in which the article was delivered to you. It implies thatthe article must be in good shape, tags & labels must be intact, articlemust not be ironed and must be tidy. In the return process, the delivery charges will be borne by thecustomer. Refund will be made through Jazz Cash, Easy Paisa or Banktransfer.  

What if my mind changes and I wish to cancel my order?

In this case, make sure to contact our customer supportservices as soon as possible. We can cancel the order only until the order isnot dispatched yet. If the parcel has been handed over to the courier servicethen the order cannot be cancelled.
