After the customers place an order on our website, they receive a confirmation call from our customer support team within 24 hours of the order placement. In case if the order is confirmed before 3PM, it is dispatched on the same day. Orders confirmed after 3PM are dispatched on the next working day. After the order booking and dispatch by our logistic partners, the customer receives a tracking ID on the registered email address through which he can track his order in real time.
